The range of cylinders compliant with ISO 15552 for harsh environments consists of three series with bores from 32 to 200 mm; the "XF" series entirely made of AISI 316 stainless steel, the "FP" series with acetal resin heads and the remaining components in AISI 316 stainless steel, and finally the "FA" series with anodized aluminum heads and remaining components in AISI 316 stainless steel.
The XF series is suitable for use in chemical, food, and pharmaceutical environments, while the FP and FA series are intended for use in moderately or slightly aggressive environments where periodic cleaning or sanitization of the work area is required.
In particular, the FP series should only be used with moderate loads due to the characteristics of the material constituting the heads, while the FA series is suitable for applications with low aggressiveness of the agents it comes into contact with.
Numerous basic versions are available with multiple variants and special versions, especially regarding the materials constituting the seals, which, together with a complete range of specific mounting accessories and magnetic sensors, offer the customer a wide range of application possibilities.
