The "BA" series pneumatic cylinders for bores from 32 to 63 mm have been developed to extend the range of round profile cylinders according to the ISO 6432 standard. In fact, the ISO 6432 standard defines the main dimensions of cylinders only for bores from 8 to 25 mm; however, the practical application of these actuators required an expansion up to a 63 mm bore, increasing their range of use.
The design principles followed in the creation of these actuators prioritized reliability, robustness, and ease of maintenance.
In fact, the heads are screwed onto the tube to allow easy inspection, while the pistons are equipped with elastic shock absorbers to better absorb end-of-stroke impacts, providing quiet operation and extending the machine's lifespan.
