Are available cylinders made of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316. They are designed following the ISO 6432 for 12 to 25 mm bore and ISO 15552 for 32 to 125 mm. |

The air
treatment units of J...standard series suggested by
Airon, are of modular kind and the main part are filters,
regulators, filter/regulators, lubricators,3 way on-off
lock type valves and an high number of accessories.
Every component is available in different types for
example filter degree and kind of drain mode for JF
filters series, the pressure adjustment range for regulators
and filter regulators and many others.
All the regulators and filter/regulators are of diaphragm
kind (except for the M5 model that is of piston type)
and are provided of relieving (device that allows to
discharge the pressure that could be overstocked in
the outlet section; on request they can be provided
without relieving device).
Every component is available with M5, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2,
G3/4, G1 port size. The bowls of filters, lubricators
and filter/lubricators are made of polycarbonate polymer,
on request the components with G1/4 port size can be
provided with metallic protection bowl while with G3/8,
G1/2, G3/4, G1 port size it is standard.
The wide set of accessories allows to set up the air
treatment units with the wished features choosing at
the same time the modality to attach them to the installation.

The air treatment units of J...standard series are marked
by an high performance - dimension ratio that,together
with the pleasant aesthetic appearance, contributes
to increase the technical and aesthetic characteristics
of the installation where they are fitted up. |

Thanks to the presence of a large filtering
surface, the JF series allows to keep the values
of flow rate next to the nominal ones for a
lifetime and also in hard operating conditions. |

The JR pressure regulators series can be installed
on control boards. By the lockout of regulation
knob the setting out of pressure regulation
stays still. The installation of pressure regulators
is easier thanks to the presence of two gauge
ports. |

The special shape of bowl protection allows
to see the level of the oil in the lubricator.
The flow of circulating oil can be observed
from the see-trough window and can be regulated
by the special register screw. |
